- 2 green onions, thinly sliced,
- 4 Smithfield Bone-In Pork Chops, about 3/4-inch thick,
- 1 cup WishBone Light Asian with Sesame & Ginger Vinaigrette,
- Place pork chops in resealable food storage bag. Add vinaigrette and green onions to bag; massage bag to evenly coat chops. Place bag in bowl and refrigerate 8 to 24 hours.
- Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Remove chops from marinade and grill 7 to 9 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 150oF. Discard marinade.
