1. Heat oven to 425°F. Place bread slices on baking sheet and bake 5 to 7 minutes until heated through. Turn oven to broil; lightly toast bread, about 1 minute on each side.
2. Use a serrated knife to cut each veggie-stuffed pork slice in half to make 8 thin slices. Place each pork slice with veggies on top of a toasted slice of garlic bread and top with cheese.
3. Broil until cheese is melted and browned, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve with leftover mustard sauce from the “Veggie-Stuffed Pork Loin with Creamy Mustard Sauce” recipe.
