- Heat 12” nonstick skillet on medium and add Smithfield Sausage Patties; cook until golden and pork is cooked through. Remove from heat & set aside.
- Heat nonstick skillet on medium, coat with cooking spray and scramble eggs until set.
- Smear 2 pieces of bread with mayonnaise; add 2 Smithfield Sausage Patties and a healthy spoonful of scrambled eggs.
- Repeat steps until 4-6 sandwiches are made.
TIP: Cook sausage on Sunday and reheat when needed.
