- Preheat oven to 425°F. Divide dough into 4 pieces and stretch onto parchment paper or pizza stone. Bake until dough is lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Sprinkle dough with 1/4 of cheese and meat choice. Make a small well with the cheese and gently crack an egg on top of the pizza.
- Return to oven and bake for about 15 minutes, until egg is cooked and cheese is melted.
TIP: Pizza dough can be precooked ahead and refrigerated until needed. Amounts given for meats make 4 pizzas each.
