Winter White Chili
This one’s a must this winter. Our fresh lean ground pork browns up beautifully with onion and takes on the spicy heat of chili powder and cumin. White beans and corn make a filling addition. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and crusty bread.

Ingredients

1 pound Smithfield Ground Pork

1 medium onion diced

1 teaspoon ground cumin

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 16-ounce can white beans drained

1 14-ounce can corn drained

1 14-1/2-ounce can chicken broth
-
1 4-ounce can diced green chilies
Steps
In large saucepan brown pork with onion stir in cumin and chili powder; stir well. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until heated through and flavors are blended.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with a dollop of sour cream and crusty bread.
