Thai Burger
Try this new flavor on an old favorite. Tender juicy ground pork flavored with the distinctive taste combination of soy ginger and dry sherry make a burger they’ll ask for again and again.

Ingredients

1 pound Smithfield Ground Pork

1 t. ground black pepper

1/4 t. salt

2 t. soy sauce
-
2 T. dry sherry

1 T. grated ginger root
Steps
Gently mix together ground pork and seasonings shape into 4 burgers about 3/4-inch in thickness. Place over moderately hot coals in a kettle-style grill; lower hood and grill for 5 minutes; turn and finish grilling 4 to 5 minutes more. Serve immediately on sandwich buns if desired.

Serve on a bun with your favorite condiments.
