Smoked Pork Chops with Mustard Cider Sauce

Ingredients

4 Smithfield Smoked Pork Chops, about 1 inch thick

1/2 cup apple cider

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard

1 tablespoons cider vinegar

1/4 teaspoon ground sage

Pinch ground cinnamon
Steps
Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; brown chops on both sides (1-2 minutes per side), remove from pan and set aside, keep warm. In small bowl stir together remaining ingredients and add to pan, cooking and stirring until slightly thickened, about 4-5 minutes. Add chops back to pan, turn chops to coat both sides with sauce, and simmer gently to heat through, about 3-4 minutes. Serve immediately.
