Santa Fe Fillet
The way to this Santa Fe? Take a thick meaty boneless pork fillet and top it with a southwestern-inspired salsa. To roast the peppers wash and place them whole just a couple of inches from the broiler on a cookie sheet. Turn after each side is charred.
