Roasted Deli Ham Wrap

A light and easy lunch, perfect for guests.

Serves: 6
Cook Time: 5 Minutes

Smithfield Product: Luncheon Meat

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Smithfield Deli Thin Cooked Ham
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 6 teaspoon honey mustard
  • 6 flour tortilla shells (6 inches)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Steps

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut ham slices into julienne strips. Toss together ham, pepper, oil and black pepper. Pour onto a cookie sheet and place into oven. Cook for 12-14 minutes; remove and cool. Lay out tortilla shells and spread 1 tsp. of honey mustard onto each shell. Place ham on top, following with peppers, dividing between all 6. Garnish with chopped parsley and roll-up to form a wrap. Serve with your favorite side dish.
