Ribs with a Citrus Butter Sauce
Garnish these tangy pork ribs with lemon and orange slices.

Ingredients

3 Smithfield Pork Ribs

1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil

1 grated lemon and juice

1 grated orange and juice

2 tbsp. butter

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup white wine

1 clove garlic minced

1 pinch salt and pepper
Steps
Mix grated lemon and orange rind together. Coat Ribs with oil and half of the grated rind garlic salt and pepper. In a sauté pan add chicken broth, white wine, the lemon and orange juices and the rest of the grated rind. Place on medium-low heat and let reduce. Finish the sauce by adding the butter. Grill the ribs for 20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 155 degrees. Pour sauce over the top and serve
