Pre Game Appetizer Platter
Y'all this Smithfield Naturally Hickory Smoked Sausage is out of this world dipped down in that cheese.

Ingredients

1 pkg. (16 oz.) Smithfield Smoked Sausage, cut diagonally into 1/4- inch slices

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, sliced

Deviled eggs, topped with crumbled bacon

Dill pickles, cut in 1/2-inch slices

Broccoli
-
Baby carrots
-
Red pepper strips
-
Honey mustard

Beer cheese dip*

Assorted crackers and Pretzels
Steps
Cook sausage sliced in skillet until brown.
Arrange smoked sausage slices, Cheddar cheese, deviled eggs, pickles, broccoli, carrots and red pepper on platter. Serve with honey mustard, beer cheese dip, assorted crackers and pretzels.
*Beer cheese dip
In a saucepan combine 1/2 cup beer with 1 pound processed cheese spread cut into cubes. Heat over low until cheese is melted; stir until smooth. Serve in crock pot over low heat.
