Pork Picante with Peach
Take some Mexican spices and salsa and you have a good skillet sauce. Add the distinctive taste of peaches and you have a great one. This one-skillet meal is delicious over rice and a side of cornbread.

Ingredients

4 Smithfield Boneless Top Loin Pork Chops (cubed)

2 tablespoon taco seasoning

1 cup salsa

4 tablespoon peach preserves
Steps
Toss pork with taco seasoning; lightly brown pork in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat; stir in salsa and preserves; bring to a boil; lower heat; cover and simmer 8-10 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with rice and beans; garnish with cilantro.
