Pork Chops with Honey Peach
How can three simple ingredients make such a statement? Honey lemon and peach make an incredible basting sauce for these hearty chops. Grill them over a medium-hot fire and add a few vegetables to the grill too for a complete meal.

4 Smithfield Pork Chops

1/4 c. peach preserves

1/3 c. honey mustard

2 T. lemon juice
Steps
Stir together preserves, mustard and lemon juice. Grill chops over a medium-hot fire turning occasionally and basting with sauce just until done.

Serve these hearty chops with grilled red onions and tomatoes.
