Pork Chop Skillet with Orange-Mustard

This one-skillet meal makes the most of our tender juicy loin chops and three simple ingredients. A good meal for a chilly night and especially good served with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.

Serves: 4
Cook Time: 15 Minutes

Smithfield Product: Fresh Pork

Ingredients

  • 4 Smithfield Pork Chops
  • 1/3 c. orange juice
  • 3 T. soy sauce
  • 2 T. honey mustard

Steps

In non-stick skillet brown chops on one side over medium-high heat; turn chops; stir in remaining ingredients. Lower heat; simmer covered for 6-8 minutes.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with broccoli spears and mashed potatoes.
