Pineapple Peach Ham Salad
This mouthwatering marriage of sweet and savory is loaded with fruits and veggies. And, it can be whipped up in about 10 minutes.

1 cup Pineapple Glaze Boneless Ham Steak, diced
1 cup chopped kale, stems removed
3/4 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, seeded, diced
3 tablespoons poppy seed dressing
2 (15 ounce) cans peach halves, drained, or 6 peaches, fresh, pitted, sliced in half
In a bowl, mix the ham, kale, celery and red pepper.
Drizzle with poppy seed dressing; toss to coat.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of salad into each of 12 peach halves.
