Peppered Rib-End Roast
Just a few simple ingredients add up to a complex rub for this juicy pork roast. The garlic, pepper and rosemary make an aromatic mix. Be sure to let your finished roast rest for a few minutes before cutting to set in the flavor and make carving easier.

Ingredients

2 4 pound Smithfield Boneless Pork Rib-End Roast

1 1/2 T. garlic pepper

1 1/2 t. rosemary crushed
Steps
Cut roast with seasoning mixture of garlic, pepper and rosemary. Roast in a shallow pan at 325 degrees F. for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. Let roast rest 5 to 10 minutes before carving.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with mashed or roasted potatoes and chilled fruit salad.
