Italian Pork Chops
This is the classic. A little bit of Italian dressing and a few simple spices -- that and about 15 minutes is all there is between you and these satisfying chops. And how about some garlic mashed potatoes on the side? Pure comfort food.

4 Smithfield Pork Chops

3/4 c. Italian dressing

1 t. Worcestershire sauce
Steps
Place all ingredients in a self-sealing bag; seal bag and place in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes (or as long as overnight). Remove chops from bag discarding marinade and grill over a medium-hot fire turning once until just done about 8-15 minutes total cooking time (depending upon thickness of chops).
Serving Suggestions
Serve with sliced tomatoes in vinaigrette, broccoli spears and garlic mashed potatoes.
