Italian Burger
Fire up the grill and spice up the burgers. Flavorful Italian seasoning gives this burger its spicy bite. Lean ground pork grills up juicy every time. Serve on a bun with your favorite condiments.

Ingredients

1 pound Smithfield Ground Pork

1 t. ground black pepper

1/4 t. salt

1 crushed garlic clove

1 t. crushed fennel seed

2 t. red wine

2 t. olive oil
Steps
Gently mix together ground pork and seasonings; shape into 4 burgers about 3/4-inch in thickness. Place over moderately hot coals in a kettle-style grill lower hood and grill for 5 minutes; turn and finish grilling 4 to 5 minutes more. Serve immediately on sandwich buns if desired.
