Honey-Garlic Chops
A touch of dry sherry in the honey-garlic marinade gives these chops their company taste. A thick-cut chop (one and a half inches is just about perfect) cooks up beautifully on the grill. Serve with tiny white potatoes and fresh green beans for an elegant plate.
