Ham Salad Sandwich

This is just a nice change from an ordinary ham sandwich

Serves: 4
Cook Time: 5 Minutes

Smithfield Product: Luncheon Meat

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Smithfield Deli Thin Cooked Ham, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle, chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and grated
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

Mix all of the ingredients gently but thoroughly. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to three days.

Makes about 3 1/2 cups.

Serving Suggestions

Serve on bread as a sandwich. Can also serve on leave of Boston lettuce with tomato slices.

WOW..DOES THIS BRING BACK MEMORIES. THIS RECIPE FOR HAM SALAD IS A CARBON COPY OF MY MOM'S. SHE ALWAYS MADE THIS SANDWICH AFTER A COOKED HAM. DAD GOT THE BONES FOR HIS SPLIT PEA SOUP..WE GOT THE SANDWICHES FOR LUNCH. 100% TERRIFIC.
