Ham and Walnut Salad
This light, simple and fresh salad was featured in our magazine ads.

Ingredients

3/4 cup julienned Smithfield ham

1 bag mesclun mix

2 ripe sliced nectarines

1/3 cup chopped toasted walnuts

1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese

Vinaigrette of your choice
Steps
Toss together, nectarines, lettuce and ham. Sprinkle with blue cheese and walnuts. Dress with vinaigrette and serve chilled.
