Ham and Vegetable Pasta

This quick and easy meal for your family was featured in our magazine ads.

Serves: 6
Cook Time: 15 Minutes

Smithfield Product: Spiral Ham, Luncheon Meat

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Smithfield ham slices, chopped
  • 1 fettucine or wide noodle pasta
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesean
  • 1/3 cup oil cured, sundried tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Steps

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Saute snap peas, garlic and ham slices in  2 tablespoons oil. Toss noodles, cooked vegetables and ham, and sundried  tomatoes together. Sprinkle with parmesean and parsley. Toss again.
