
Ham and Vegetable Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 cup Smithfield ham slices, chopped
- 1 fettucine or wide noodle pasta
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1/2 cup grated parmesean
- 1/3 cup oil cured, sundried tomatoes, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Steps
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Saute snap peas, garlic and ham slices in 2 tablespoons oil. Toss noodles, cooked vegetables and ham, and sundried tomatoes together. Sprinkle with parmesean and parsley. Toss again.
