Fruit Sparklers

A great and easy summer drink the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup berries or chopped fresh fruit, such as strawberries, pineapple, or mango
  • 1/2 cup fruit juice

Steps

Puree fruit with fruit juice. Cover and freeze until slushy. Spoon into glasses, and top with sparkling water or club soda to taste. Makes 1 cup fruit slush, enough for 3 to 4 drinks.

Serving Suggestions

Try combinations such as raspberries or mango or pineapple and orange juice, blueberries and apple juice, or strawberries and pineapple juice.
