
Berry Berry Chops
Strawberry salsa and a strawberry sweet sauce make these pork chops the star of your next outdoor (or indoor) party!

Ingredients
- 4 Smithfield Pork Chops
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 4 teaspoons chili sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
Heat grill until it's medium hot. Salt and pepper pork chops and grill, turning once, until just done, about 8-11 minutes total cooking time. Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk together jam, chili oil and vinegar. Set aside. To make the strawberry salsa, stir together in a large bowl: strawberries, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, garlic, orange juice and olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.To serve, spoon jam mixture on plate and top with a pork chop. Spoon Strawberry Salsa over the chop.
