Paula,Iknow that is a very tasty Pork Chop and I know it is low in fat.I will serve it with Lima Beans and Mexican Cornbread without using utensils.I never thought using tomato sauce on my pork chop when cooking it.I tried your chicken recipe and it did not turn out like your,it had a lot of flavor and not the crunch.I will contiue to try until I get the crunch.I love all your recipes and when your show comes on every body have to be quiet. The food that you cook I can taste it threw the television and if I was there,it will leave in a heart beat. The Pork Chops, I am going to try to make it and I will tell you how it came out to be."SEE YOU ON T.V."
