Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth, scraping sides as necessary.
Use frozen berries straight out of the package, or freeze your own fresh berries by putting them on a baking sheet and putting them into the freezer for about 20 minutes. If you are using banana slices, freeze them in the same way to make a truly milkshake-like texture.

I'll always did like Smoothies,but this one takes the cake! It's so AMAZING AND GOOD. It does a body great on a warm and muggy day. I'd RECOMMEND TO BLEND it with ice to get the appreciation of a nice and cold Smoothie drink!!(5 STARS UP FOR ME).
