Serves: 6
Cook Time: 1.5 Hours
Heat grill until it's medium hot. In a large saucepan, heat oil. Add onions and garlic and sauté until soft. Stir in brown sugar, salt and black pepper. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper and place on grill with the meatiest side down on upper rack*. Close grill hood. Cook for 20 minutes. Turn and cook for another 45 minutes. Baste with sauce, close grill and cook 10 minutes. Turn ribs baste and cook 10 minutes more. Cover with foil and let rest 10-15 minutes before serving. Cut ribs into 3 rib sections. Garnish with fresh orange slices. Serve with extra sauce.
*If your grill does not have an upper rack, heat the grill to medium and avoid placing ribs on the hottest area of the grill.

I love hot spicy foods and this was really nice. Had to cut back the chipotle for my mother. Ribs were delicious.

This was an excellent dish. The mopping sauce was delicious and spiced up the ribs just right. I am planning to prepare it again this weekend.
