Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Heat saute pan on stove over medium-high heat. Slice smoked sausage on a bias and add it to hot pan. Saute sausage for about 3 min on each side; remove from pan and set aside. Using the same pan add the sauerkraut, Dijon mustard, ale, and salt and pepper. Saute for 3-4 minutes before adding the sausage back to the pan. Plate and serve.
