To prepare the Smithfield Pork Loin, mix in a bowl 1/2 cup sesame oil, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 tbsp.ground ginger, and 1/2 tbsp. chopped garlic. Coat the Smithfield pork tenderloins with this marinade, then pan sear them until they are cooked medium on medium to high heat for about 12 minutes. Place your cooked Smithfield pork tenderlons in your refrigerator overnight. To prepare the Smithfield Pork Tenderloin Salad, mix in a bowl 1/2 cup sesame oil, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger, 1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic and 1 cup of plum sauce. Mix well, and place to the side. Cut the cooked, chilled Smithfield pork tenderloin into julienne strips. Add the blanched French green beans, Mandarin oranges, julienne red peppers, julienne red onion, toasted almonds and the dressing you just made and mix well. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Serve over mixed greens.
