Rosemary Grilled Tenderloin with Blue Cheese

Rosemary and pork are a great pairing.

Ingredients

  • 1 (1-pound) Smithfield Rosemary and Olive Oil Marinated Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 to 3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled

Steps

Prepare grill for medium-high heat.

Place tenderloin on oiled grill rack; grill until slightly pink in center, about 15 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes; cut into diagonal 1/2 inch slices on a platter, and fan out the slices. Sprinkle with blue cheese.
