Cook Time: 5 Minutes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut ham slices into julienne strips. Toss together ham, pepper, oil and black pepper. Pour onto a cookie sheet and place into oven. Cook for 12-14 minutes; remove and cool. Lay out tortilla shells and spread 1 tsp. of honey mustard onto each shell. Place ham on top, following with peppers, dividing between all 6. Garnish with chopped parsley and roll-up to form a wrap. Serve with your favorite side dish.
