Quick Pork Fajitas

Tender strips of pork and mild spices wrapped in a flour tortilla can be made as fast as they can eat them.

Serves: 4
Cook Time: 15 Minutes

Smithfield Product: Fresh Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 Smithfield Pork Tenderloin (about a pound, thinly sliced)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons fajita seasoning or marinade
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1/2 green pepper sliced
  • 5 flour tortillas
  • Salsa

Steps

In a shallow bowl toss pork pieces with fajita seasoning. In large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat stir-fry pork pieces with onion and green pepper until all is tender. Wrap in flour tortillas with salsa.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole, alongside refried beans and salsa with chips.
