Potato Broccoli & Ham Casserole
I don't know about you, but I'm having a casserole day.
Serves: 8
Cook Time: 1 Hour & 15 Minutes
Ingredients
- 3 cups Smithfield Ham (any ham will work except Smithfield Country Ham, which is too salty), cut into 1/4 inch cubes
- 4 medium baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch cubes (about 6 cups)
- 1 head fresh broccoli florets
- 1 (5 ounce) package shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 cup green onion tops
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
Steps
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into prepared baking dish. Cover tightly with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Remove foil during the last 15 minutes of cooking time.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with a fresh garden salad.
