Pork Chop Pineapple Pie

Pork chops and pineapple just go together! This wonderful dish can be cooked on the grill or in the oven.

Serves: 1
Cook Time: 20 Minutes

Smithfield Product: Smoked Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 boneless Smithfield Smoked Pork Chop per person
    1 slice grilled red onion per person
    2 slices grilled green bell pepper per person
    2 canned pineapple slices per person
    1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce per person
    1 tablespoon margarine or butter per person

    House Seasoning (this can be purchased at www.pauladeen.com, or you can click here for the recipe)

Steps

For each serving lay a pork chop on a large square of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Top each chop with the onion green pepper and pineapple slices. Drizzle with the teriyaki sauce. Top with the margarine and sprinkle generously with house seasoning. Wrap tightly in the foil, rolling ends to completely seal the package. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with fruit and a salad of fresh greens.
