Cook Time: 60 Minutes
Cut roast with seasoning mixture of garlic, pepper and rosemary. Roast in a shallow pan at 325 degrees F. for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. Let roast rest 5 to 10 minutes before carving.
Serve with mashed or roasted potatoes and chilled fruit salad.
