
Ooh La La Marinade
A delightful marinade that brings a little taste of France to any meat.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Steps
In a large zip lock bag combine all ingredients. Zip top and shake to mix. Add any chicken, beef or pork. Massage marinade into the meat and place in refrigerator until ready to use*. Barbeque bake or broil your meat as desired.Marinating times: Chicken (6 hours), beef and pork (24 hours)
