
Lemon Dill New Potatoes
The perfect accompaniment to any main dish, anytime of the year!

Ingredients
- 12 small new red potatoes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
Using a vegetable peeler, peel a strip around the center of each potato and drop into a large pot of salted boiling water. Boil potatoes until just tender to the fork, but not too soft. While potatoes are boiling, melt butter in a small pan. Add lemon juice, hot sauce and dill. Heat through. Drain the potatoes and put in a beautiful dish. Pour warm lemony dill butter over potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped fresh dill.
