
Hawaiian Marinade
Close your eyes, take a bite and you feel like you're in the islands!

Ingredients
- 2 small cans crushed pineapple
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
Steps
In a large zip-lock bag, combine all ingredients. Zip bag and shake to mix. Add beef, chicken or pork. Close bag and massage marinade into meat. Place in refrigerator until ready to use*. Barbeque bake or broil your meat as desired.*Marinating times: Shrimp or scallops (1/2 hour), chicken (6 hours), beef and pork (24 hours).
