Ham Sausage and Spinach Pizza

If your family likes pizza, they'll love this tasty version.

Ingredients

• 1/2 pkg. (6 oz.) Smithfield Ham Sausage
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) 12-inch thin crust pizza shell
• Olive oil
• 1 ½ cups thin sliced Roma tomatoes
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
• ¼ cup thin slices red onion, cut in quarters
• Dried oregano leaves
• Crushed red pepper

Steps

Preheat oven to 450° F. Cook ham sausage according to package directions. Drain and cut into 1/2-inch pieces. Set aside. Brush top of crust with olive oil. Top with tomato slices to cover crust. Sprinkle with half of cheese. Top with spinach, onion and half of cooked ham sausage pieces. Add remaining cheese around ingredients. Top with remaining ham sausage. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and red pepper. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is bubbling.
