Preheat grill. Cut Smithfield Boneless Pork Chops into 1/4 inch strips. In a medium size bowl, add 1 cup of Caesar dressing. Cover and marinate for 20 minutes. Wash, dry and cut lettuce. Place inside refrigerator until ready to assemble salad. To prepare Pork Chop, drain marinade and place strips on grill. Grill each side on medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F. In mixing bowl, combine lettuce, croutons, cheese, dressing and tomatoes; toss. Plate and serve with grilled pork strips.
