Easy Slow Cooked Brunswick Stew
A delicious southern favorite in your crockpot.
Cook Time: 8 Hours
1 1/2 pounds Smithfield Boneless Pork Shoulder, trimmed and cut into 4 pieces
3 medium-size red potatoes, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (15-ounce) can low-salt chicken broth
1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 1/2 cups frozen baby lima beans
1 1/2 cups frozen whole kernel corn

Combine pork and remaining ingredients in 4- to 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours. Remove pork and shred with 2 forks; return to slow cooker. Serve in bowls.
