Serves: 4
Cook Time: 11 Minutes
Heat grill until it's medium hot. Salt and pepper pork chops and grill, turning once, until just done, about 8-11 minutes total cooking time. Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk together jam, chili oil and vinegar. Set aside. To make the strawberry salsa, stir together in a large bowl: strawberries, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, garlic, orange juice and olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
To serve, spoon jam mixture on plate and top with a pork chop. Spoon Strawberry Salsa over the chop.

I love pork chops and I love this salsa. Great dish! The salsa would also be good with any fish or seared scallops.

The salsa was delicious. I could eat it with a spoon it was so good. However the pork chops were a little bland, so I would recommend seasoning them very well before you put them on the grill.
