Our smoked chops have a full smoke house flavor, yet can be ready to serve in about 2 minutes. They're great for grilling, too.
Place Smoked Chops in microwave-safe dish; cover with wax paper. Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes per chop or until heated through. If desired, cut slits around edges of chops to prevent curling. Time and temperature may vary depending on equipment.
Spray skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Cook Smoked Chops 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through, turning once halfway through cooking time. Remove chops from pan and serve.
Grill Smoked Chop for 5 minutes on one side; turn chop and grill for 3 minutes. Grill for 2 minutes. Turn chop again and grill 2 minutes longer or until heated through.
