I didn't make the whole sandwich, but I used the olive oil mixture (with out the black olives) to baste my chops with on the grill and it was AWESOME! I fix chops at least twice a week and these were some of the best I've ever made. I had some leftover olive oil mixture, which I spread on a couple of chops to grill in a few days. I suspect they'll only get better after they sit with it in the fridge for a day or 2. Thanks, Smithfield!
