I tried this recipe to serve at my sons up coming November wedding. It was a huge hit. Everyone LOVED it!. Everyone raved about the plum sauce. I had to alter the recipe a little on the chili sauce because it was a little to hot for the kids but it didn't alter the taste. WE LOVED IT!
