Ok....wheat grass is a bit hard to find....but...I found a clump of tall grass outside...(did not cut grass yet...gonna have an EasterEgg Hunt for the Adults too!!)...and used that...looked good...and it turned out great...this was a practice run for Sunday...so, will be easy to re-do then...Thanks to Paula....she's my Fav Chef!! We just had a baby girl the 23rd of March...cant wait till she can hunt for eggs..maybe next year...(with a bit of help from Daddy...lol) Take care all and a Happy, Healthy Easter to All!
