MomMoms Pasta Salad.

Serves: 6
Cook Time: 5min Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound spagetti (cooked aldente)
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cup chopped fresh tomato
  • 1 cup chopped roasted peppers
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed provolone cheese
  • 1 package Smithfield chopped prosuitto
  • or Smithfield chopped solami
  • 1 cup black or green olives (chopped)
  • dress with:
  • Olive oil
  • apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup italian dressing already mixed.

Steps

Cook broken Spagetti aldente 4-5 minutes
Drain and let cool
Add all other ingredients
let marinate pver night.
