Ghost of Monte Cristo Breakfast Panini

Ingredients

2 slices Smithfield Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

2 slices Smithfield Black Forest Ham

2 slices Smithfield Cracked Peppercorn Bacon (fried crisp)

2 slices swiss cheese

1 tablespoon jellied cranberry sauce (from a can)

2 frozen breakfast waffles, defrosted

1/2 cup or more maple syrup, heated warm in small pot on stove

Sprinkle of confectioners sugar
Steps
Preheat Panini press grill. Spread cranberry sauce on one side of a waffle. Layer in this order: 1 slice of Swiss cheese, 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of Ham, 2 slices of bacon, and second slice of cheese. Place second waffle on top. Spray the top waffle with non-stick cooking spray and place the sprayed side of sandwich down on preheated Panini press.
Close the Panini press and grill for 5 minutes. For criss-cross grill marks turn once clockwise 1/2 turn during the cooking process. Remove from press and sprinkle top with confectioner’s sugar. Serve with your favorite heated maple syrup. Garnish plate with a sliced orange wedge that is twisted a one half turn
