Apple Filling Pork

Ingredients

10 Thin cut Pork Loin

3 Gransmith Apples

1 Tbs sugar

1 Tsp Cinanamon

2 Tbs flour

1/2 yellow Onion

1/2 cup White wine

1 Tsp basil

1 Tbs Olive oil

1 Tsp pepper
Steps
Cut up apple 8 pieced and peel them.then slice them.
Put all apple,sugar and cinnamon in the sauce pan and sautee in mid heat until apple gets soft.
add 1 Tbs flour to thicken apple sauce. then take sauce pan out from heat and cool down for while.
pounding pork with folk. need cut fiber then pork gets tender when its done.
put apple sauce on midle of pork and cover apple with another slice of pork.use flour as glue.
then pepper and basii
in Mid heat pan add olive oil and put all pork in the pan. let it cook for 4 min each side.
when its cooked take all pork and rest.
add inside pan add onion and sautee them until nice and tender add white wine.
