1. Place broth in a large saucepan over high heat. Bring to boil. Chop cooked pork tenderloin. Stir into broth with reserved lemon butter sauce, pasta, beans pepper flakes and salt. Return to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.
2. Remove from heat, stir in the spinach. Serve with Parmesan cheese, basil and lemon wedges to squeeze over all.
